THE CHALLENGE

Both Adobe and Signifyd have been looking to position themselves among the media in LATAM as leaders and innovators in the industry, while also being able to shine a light on the solutions and tools that they work on and offer to clients from different areas, but for this case, specifically e-commerce and the retail industry. Both companies saw a rapid and impactful change of paradigm take place after the COVID-19 pandemic hit, which resulted in exponential growth of e-commerce and the digitalization of the industry. This type of evolution was an opportunity they could not miss leveraging, as new needs surged for clients and users related to Adobe and Signifyd portfolio of services. Both clients were eager to showcase this in order to highlight their relevance.

THE WORK

Dialogue worked with both clients to develop a co-branded survey targeting e-commerce decision makers from the retail industry to identify specific needs, new norms and challenges that came up with and after the pandemic. More focus on online shopping, smartphones as a new and very popular buying tool, the importance of a solid and secure online platform, just to mention a few, were part of the results and insights that also allowed both companies to talk about the future and what they believed would be the “new normal” in the retail industry. All of this information was presented in a press conference with over 20 top regional and local media outlets.

THE RESULT

Sixteen publications in top media outlets were published after the presentation of the report with powerful and solid data about preferences and views of KOLs from the retail industry nowadays when it comes to their business.
